It is a family friendly place with great group classes to offer. With that being said, please consider obtaining the needed license for Body Pump Heavy. Along with consideration of adding a seated dip machine to the machine area.

The YMCA is a great place for children and adults that want to be active and to join programs but I feel like the YMCA can improve on opening up for the whole community without them has to be a member to join

The pool is warm this time of year ...its clean and the staff are awesome ...the pool manager is always busy and still has time to open the door for me as I am disabled...

I have attended the Y in New Tampa from the day it was first opened and I have stopped a nd returned from time to time. I have currently been attending Silver sneakers class . The classes are enjoyable and challenging with wonderful teachers , Kelly, Molly, Nicole, and Chantal. The Y at New Tampa feels like I belong there. The front desk staff are friendly, professional and helpful. I have made so many friends and seen so much improvement in my health. I have shared many of my health stories with coach Kelly who is always willing to listen and make helpful suggestions.

It's a comfortable place with modern equipment and the instructors are excellent. Organized, clean, and meets all expectations.
I love the wide variety of activities, as well as the variety of times to participate in them. The price is a bargain for us as a Canadian senior snowbird couple. The front desk staff seems always friendly, happy, and competent.
My only issue is that when I try to install the app via Google Play, I get the message "not available in your region".
This was such an excellent experience for my son! Can’t wait to sign him up again.
