The service technician did a great job on my carpets. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It was pretty cold on the day the service was provided, the technician placed a tarp on the door to help keep the cold out/heat in.
It did cost more than I anticipated however, I will absolutely use Zerorez the next time I have my carpets cleaned.

Our stair runner brightened up nicely and a stain that hadn’t come out of the carpet with previous treatment is now almost undetectable!

I love that Zerorez uses non-toxic cleaning chemicals, with light scent, really almost no scent, so not overpowering. Super easy to book online at my convenience, reasonably priced, too. For one small bedroom, short hallway, and small living area, Joe was efficient, in and out in about 40 mins. One *tiny* bit of feedback, it seemed was too much in a hurry over the heavy traffic areas, I wish he'd concentrated on those better. Overall, Joe is friendly, professional, and easy going. Will definitely have Zerorez back to do the rest of my condo - after I paint! :-) Highly recommend.
