Your technician communicated well prior to arrival. He worked hard to complete the job. As he finished the job, it looked like all spots had been removed, but after drying some of the worst spots remained. Is there any follow up possible to do some additional cleaning?

This week I met, for the first time, your employee, Cathrine Cox. She was awesome. Her attitude is great, she did a very good job on our rugs as well as our stairs. My husband and I were very happy with what she did as far as the cleaning went. She likes what she is doing and bonus for those of us who have her. She had me look at what she did before she left.

Well Zerorez was definitely early. We were not ready for him at that time. He came back a little later. He was a nice young man and started in the back bedroom so as to give me time to vacuum the front room.
He did a good job and he did help my husband move a couple pieces of furniture. We were well pleased with him and the work.

I like that you don't use harsh chemicals to get the carpets clean. They look great.

When I booked the appointment, everything went smoothly. I had asked the tech in advance of his visit, if he could add on 3 more rooms. No problem. He was prompt and professional and thorough. Carpet was dry in 8 hours. Very happy tech was able to remove dark stains in closet. Love the new look!
