It was a good job, only issue is even with fans running, several sections and the stairs were still wet the next morning, after 14 hours.
The service provider was so nice and knowledgeable. I thought the price of the 10x10 rug was high at $100.00 compared to a three room service for $165.00. Rugs look very good!
The operator worked very efficiently and was finished in no time. The rooms he did definitely feel refreshed. Most of all, I appreciate the product's lack of an odor and the fact that it's pet and people safe.

Good service and friendly techs
My carpets haven't been deep cleaned in ages (25+ years). It had many many spots. (especially on the stairs). The tech was able to get them all and now I'm enjoying clean carpets.
I've scheduled a reminder for next year but more likely just for pathways cleaning .....
The techican was a young fella, but has great customer relations and skills. He was easy to work with.
Prices -- while I took advantage of a promotion, the prices were very reasonable.
