We have used Zerorez several times and have been very pleased with each visit. We had some spots from our pet that have disappeared. Matt also treated the areas I thought I had cleaned. I truly appreciate the thoroughness of the cleaning. They also cleaned the tile in our mudroom/laundry room. It looks brand new. I will definitely have them back.

The young man who cleaned our carpets was courteous, professional and hard working. Had been sometime since carpets had been cleaned and he was able to get several stains out that I was sure were permanent. He paid attention to to heavy traffic areas. Was pleased with results.
