He looked the rooms over and explained exactly what he would be doing and answered all of my questions with his expertise and experience. He went right to work and wanted me to be happy with the finished rooms before he did the stairs. I could not believe how he brought the 30+ year old carpeting back to looking like new! They came back & re-treated a few stained areas that I was not happy about after the initial clean - all at no additional cost. The tech was very helpful in describing ways for me to treat further stained areas. I way very impressed with the level they went to be sure I was happy with the results of my cleaning episode.

The carpet is not wet or discolored after being cleaned by Zerorez. It is slightly damp, but dries quickly.

This is the second time Zerorez has steam cleaned and sealed the grout on all my ceramic tiles and they look AMAZING! I would highly recommend this service. The technician was very knowledgeable and even noticed one of the floors is natural stone and had his supervisor come out with a different sealant specifically for natural stone. He went above and beyond!

Brandon Welke came to clean our carpets the day before Thanksgiving and did a fantastic job. He was curtious and professional. We had two spots that were in need of extra attention and the one came out great. The other will probably never come out but he sure tried. I would absolutely use him and Zerorez again. Top notch!

Tyson inspected everything and made us aware of stains or issues that could increase the quote we were given before starting the cleaning process. He was amazing.
