This review is sadly way overdue, but the service was so exceptional I had to come back and give credit. The appointment and set up process was super convenient and easy via the website. I especially liked the estimate portion so I can budget what I needed ahead of time. They were helpful in sending text/email reminders leading up to the appointment.

However, what really sold the service was our cleaner. He absolutely went above and beyond any past carpet cleaning service I ever experienced. Not only was he professional, he was knowledgeable and experienced. He made contact prior to the appointment with an ETA, arrived on time, and was very careful to protect our home from any incidental damage while cleaning. Additional time was given to explain, step by step, how the process would go. It didn't take very long at all. But in the end the carpets and rugs came out cleaner that we could have expected. Overall, this was a home run service and could not have asked for a nicer person to invite into our home. Well Done Zerorez Madison!!!

We had Zerorez clean our living room, hallway, and two staircases, and the results were excellent. Before starting, the technician walked us through the whole process, explaining how their cleaning system works and what to expect, which we really appreciated. Stains we'd given up on came right out, and the carpets look fresh and smell wonderful, with no heavy chemical scent. The work was thorough and careful, especially on the stairs. We've used other carpet cleaning companies over the years, but none came close. Zerorez is the only company we'll call from now on.
