His work was top notch and all of our agreed upon areas were thoroughly cleaned! (And they were quite dirty prior.) He answered all my questions, discussed any encountered issues, and cleaned up all items at the end. I would gladly welcome him and Zeroex back for future service any time.

The Service Technician (Samual) did a great job from start to finish. Called me ahead of time to let me know he was about 20 minutes from getting to my home. Freindly exchange right off the bat. Explained the process he was going to do. Asked about area's that needed attention (Spots). We also had our sofa on the work order to be cleaned but he looked at the tag and said he would have to ask his supervisor about cleaning it. Unfortunetly it could not be cleaned because of the sofa material and use of hot water extraction. He said I do not want to ruin your sofa. Samual did a great job in a timely manner. This is the second time we have used Zerorez. I also recomended them to a neighbor a few months ago. They did a nice job for them as well. Will have them out to do work again

Sam did a marvelous job taking care of the "extras" we needed for my Father's house. He communicated very well with me. Showed me areas of concern with a black light. Wow.......the efficiency was great.
Would totally recommend for future clean ups.

We are writing to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional follow-through and customer service we received regarding the recent issues with our duct cleaning service.

We experienced several problems after the cleaning, including the basement door being left open on a cold day, causing our furnace to overwork, and then realizing the ducts were not cleaned up to Zerorez standards.

We especially want to thank Manager John for speaking with us in person, maintaining continuous communication, and ultimately making things right after the significant headache this situation created.

The service was very good, friendly service and efficient. He was very good at explaining why our furniture couldn’t receive cleaning because of the kind of material it was. The carpet and rugs don’t have the chemical feel after cleaning, very nice.
