This is the first timeI sed Zerorez. My ten-year old carpet looks great. The year-old carpet looks good also. The only problem was the new carpet was not dry even in 24 hours. I know it was quite humid outside so I don't blame Zerorez but my furniture was in the dining room and kitchen for two days.

Logan did a thorough and efficient job cleaning rugs and furniture. He was courteous, professional and helpful. The scheduler made an extra effort to find a date that worked for us, and I appreciated the early call the day of the cleaning.

Carpet look good - after initial confusion about dry time and whether furniture (not beds) would be moved, everything turned out fine. I will reserve long term judgement until we see that a particular bad spot doesn't show through soon.

The technician, Zach, was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job. The carpets are clean and soft. The traffic patterns are way less noticeable. i will continue to use Zerorez in the future.
