I liked how prompt the young man was...and how neat and pleasant he was. I was a little surprised it took as long as it did to dry...well over 24 hours...but perhaps that was because I had the AC on and it was cool in the house

The employee who cleaned our carpets was very professional and nice. I picked Zerorez because you use alkaline water so there is no soap residue. I know about alkaline water because I own an Enagic water machine and I know how the technology works. What a great idea to clean carpets this way. The carpets were beautiful, the spots came out, and it dried quickly. I am recommending you to everybody.

Professional service......guards up to protect door and woodwork.....block at the door to keep out bugs....employee wearing shoe protection......efficient service......alert to floor might be slippery....carpet left damp but not wet....dried in estimated 8 hours.....satisfied with finished product.

Plan to have more rooms done in a month or so.

Very professional and did a great job.

Professional carpet cleaning, better price, not to mention the many nice testimonials. Zerorez extracts the dirt rather than relies on chemicals that probably should be vacuumed up once dry, though other company never instructed us to, and I'm certain my tenants do not vacuum freshly cleaned carpets when they dry.

NOTE: I'd be happy to publicly share later on. Former carpet cleaning company isn't aware they've been replaced, and I don't want them to find out this way. (should they visit your site)
