Friendly and efficient
The results were beyond expectations. Tim cited that a number of the stains were not likely to be removed. I believed him because most of the stains were already attempted by another service. In short all the stains were removed and the carpet looks brand new.

Kevin and his assistant (can't remember his name) did an excellent job for me. They were on time and were very respectful of our property. (wore shoe covers, etc). The carpets look great and there was no chemical odor as experienced with other cleaning services. I have recommended you to two of my employees, Russ Peterson and Lori Jones, both from Dodgeville and I expect they will call you for their carpet cleaning needs.

I got my new condo carpet clean yesterday and I'm really happy with the result and thanks for Kevin's hard working and explained to me why there are some stains are permanent. I highly recommend Zerorez, they are professional and do the best to make the customer satisfied. I definitely will recommend Zerorez.
Few tips from my experience: 1. Don't expect your carpet will be like brand new if they are more than 7 years or more, or the carpet wasn't used appropriately. 2. Communicate with the technicians before your carpet gets cleaned and get a rational expectation of the result of the result.
