Professional carpet cleaning, better price, not to mention the many nice testimonials. Zerorez extracts the dirt rather than relies on chemicals that probably should be vacuumed up once dry, though other company never instructed us to, and I'm certain my tenants do not vacuum freshly cleaned carpets when they dry.

NOTE: I'd be happy to publicly share later on. Former carpet cleaning company isn't aware they've been replaced, and I don't want them to find out this way. (should they visit your site)

We had some badly soiled white carpeting on the stairs and hallway. After your employee (sorry I forgot his name, was something like Jacob or Joshua) finished they looked almost new. He arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. And the carpeting is probably about 26 years old. Thank you so much.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Zerorez. The actual cost was less than the online estimate, the results surpassed what we expected, and the technician was incredibly professional and polite. We hadn't had our carpets cleaned before and it was obvious that we really needed a cleaning based on the discoloration in high traffic areas, as well as some stains that needed treatment.
