This was the first time we have used the cleaning services of Zerorez and were very pleased. Our technician, Logan, was excellent. He called to give us an estimated time of arrival and was very professional during the entire visit. Upon arrival, he gave us a quote, explained the process, and addressed our questions. He immediately went to work cleaning our area rugs and 15 year old carpet focusing on areas that needed extra attention. The products used smelled so fresh and natural. When he was finished, our carpet looked and felt very clean. Even the worn, high traffic areas looked so much better than when a competitor cleaned them several years ago. We were pleasantly surprised. Logan was very thorough and even asked if we wanted him to go over any areas. We could not be happier with the results and will definitely use your services again.

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets once a year for several years and we are always pleased with the results. The last time we were especially happy with the service. The technician spent a longer time cleaning the carpets and they turned out beautifully. The carpet is 10 years old and gets a lot of wear, so it's great to see what a nice job Zerorez has done.

After many failed attempts at having my carpet and upholstery cleaned, I tried Zerorez. I will never hire any other company than Zerorez. I've had my carpet for many years, and can honestly say that it looks like new. The gentleman who cleaned it, Aaron, was professional and friendly. If I could give a rating higher than 10, I would!

Quick and great cleaning

Great customer service from the call to schedule, thru the actual cleaning. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the door cover used to keep heat and bugs out while cleaning. Also the service technicians kept me informed at all times of what tney were doing.

The staff is very professional and showed a great sense of urgency. We had a last minute Tenant move out and a new Tenant moving in quickly. You worked us in the schedule and the carpets look amazing and the home smells much better. :)

I liked that we could book on-line. The information we received by email was lengthy but helpful. As promised we received a all the day before confirming our time frame and the technician called 15 minutes before arrival. Not only is it easy to schedule an apt with Zerorez, but everyone is courteous and on time. Our carpets are always left cleaner than we expect and the price is incredibly reasonable.
