Sam is great! She is super helpful, and responds promptly to questions. Scheduling our cleaning was super easy with her, and she even held a spot for us so I could confirm with the rest of the office that the date that she had suggested would work for us. Our technician, Aaron (I think), was a little late, which was fine. He was very nice, and did a great job. This is our second cleaning, and we are definitely going to call again in 6 months to get our carpets cleaned.

Aaron did a fantastic job. Our carpet has 6 kids and a dog plus multiple cats that live on it. We thought we would need to replace it but we don't ! We are so happy !
