I really liked how they were very professional and knowledgeable. I had a 10 year old rug with some coffee spots and after cleaning the spots did show up more which they said may occur. All the rugs look so much better and even though a muggy day the rug was dry in about 10 hours.
They will come back and respot those areas that game up again.

I have used Stanley Steemer in the past. I was very happy with Zerorez yesterday. I liked the fact that no soap was used, shorter drying time and overall minimal inconvenience to us. Pleased with the effort yourvrep made to satisfy us as customers.

I love Zerorez! I foster dogs, so needless to say, they have their work cut out for them. Zerorez goes above and beyond each time they have been here, to make sure I am satisfied my carpet looks great when they are done. If I have a spot that remains, they come out as soon as they can to touch it up at no charge. They are fantastic!

Very efficient work, carpets are clean and smell great, and it does not smell like stale, musty water for days after like some of the other cleaning companies. Technician was also friendly and courteous.
