Tech was very professional. The Zerorez product cleaned the carpet well and removed the odor issue we had prior (pet and mildew from bad carpet cleaning). One of the carpets was very thick and has proven difficult in the past to dry within 24 hours (leading to other smell issues), with Zerorez it dried quick, no smell and looks great.

Zerorez is easy to make an appointment. The treatment is fast, does not smell like chemicals, and the carpets look great! Friendly and help service.

Brandon is excellent. He took the time to explain the process and, also, used the blue door and the orange corner protectors which I really appreciated. I recommended Zerorez to a friend today and suggested she might want to use Brandon. My carpet is really clean and was only damp when he was done. The arpet was dry the following morning.

This is the first timeI sed Zerorez. My ten-year old carpet looks great. The year-old carpet looks good also. The only problem was the new carpet was not dry even in 24 hours. I know it was quite humid outside so I don't blame Zerorez but my furniture was in the dining room and kitchen for two days.

Logan did a thorough and efficient job cleaning rugs and furniture. He was courteous, professional and helpful. The scheduler made an extra effort to find a date that worked for us, and I appreciated the early call the day of the cleaning.

Carpet look good - after initial confusion about dry time and whether furniture (not beds) would be moved, everything turned out fine. I will reserve long term judgement until we see that a particular bad spot doesn't show through soon.
