I got my new condo carpet clean yesterday and I'm really happy with the result and thanks for Kevin's hard working and explained to me why there are some stains are permanent. I highly recommend Zerorez, they are professional and do the best to make the customer satisfied. I definitely will recommend Zerorez.

Few tips from my experience: 1. Don't expect your carpet will be like brand new if they are more than 7 years or more, or the carpet wasn't used appropriately. 2. Communicate with the technicians before your carpet gets cleaned and get a rational expectation of the result of the result.

Out of all the carpet cleaners I've used, your company was fantastic! Got a call and email days before with a reminder and the name of the gentleman coming to the house. He called and said he had a cancellation and was wondering if he could come out almost 2 hours before the scheduled time! Worked out great for everyone!
