Very easy to schedule, was able to get carpet cleaning within a few days of calling in. The tech was very courteous, and he did a great job. I was surprised how little time it took, and there were no nasty smells or sticky residue afterwards. Carpets dried in 6-8 hours, look new again. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for carpet cleaning!

The carpet looked beautiful after cleaning. The service rep was very conscientious and thorough. He answered any questions we had. We have already referred you to a friend who is looking for a carpet cleaner. One thing though.....it definitely takes longer than 6-8 hours to dry. We had fans running to circulate the air and left the house after it was done for a few hours. It was totally dry by Tuesday night before going to bed. Otherwise everything was great.

The technician, Kevin, was here at the exact time estimated, and was polite, professional, and efficient. He explained what he would do, and why, and indicated what he could--and couldn't--do about the problem area in one of the rooms. I was pleased with the result.
Easy to schedule, technician was punctual and friendly. Costs were mostly known up front. Whole process took about an hour and a half and dried quickly. Day #2 it still looks good even with two dogs!

I am pleased with the job they did.
The only recommendation I can give is that they respond faster to new customer bids. Two staff members mentioned they were jealous that I got you. They separately mentioned instances where they tried to get Zerorez to quote their home but never got a call back.
The technicians were prompt, courteous, and mindful of details. The carpets and tile look fantastic. I have already recommended Zerorez to my family and would do so for anyone looking for exceptional service at a fair price.
Technician was wonderful, straightforward, and honest. Did not at all feel like he was trying to sell me more services than what was needed which was refreshing. Zerorez got out a stain that literally nothing else would touch from home including my own personal carpet cleaner.

Only concern was that it has taken a long time to dry...still damp after 36 hours.
Terrific team of guys. Aaron and his trainy were ahead of schedule and called to see if they could come early. I like the fact that these two guys were courteous & respectful of my time by calling to see if I was available sooner. Very good overview of what they were going to be doing along with a nice job explaining additional products they offer, such as the stain protector which I wanted. I was able to get a few more areas done while they were there, in which Aaron was more than happy to accommodate. Very happy with the look of the carpet. I have two other areas that will need cleaning in the next few weeks & will be using Zerorez for sure. Lastly, Aaron having a person to train, as I watched, he was patient and seemed to be a good coach in explaining how and what needed to be done. Good job!
