I appreciated the Tech wearing booties when he came in. It was a cold day when our carpet was treated and he took care to make sure that the door, where he had the hoses coming in, was covered with a movable canvas door. He sated that it would take about 8 hrs for carpet to dry, however it took at least 24 hrs. Not blaming thee tech because cold weather could have caused drying time.

Fewer chemicals and less drying time!

The service men did a good job and were very nice. I called for them to come back for a stubborn spot and it was handled very politely. Happy to have the extra spot cleaned without additional charge. The carpet was not saturated and dried in one day.

I love that there is no soap residue left in my carpet....it seems to stay cleaner for a longer time than any other carpet cleaning service I have tried. The techs are great and look for and treat spots....This is my fourth year and will continue as a very happy customer....

Not only are our carpets cleaner than ever, the service of your tech was great. He was professional, friendly and completely explained the process.

I am not sure what he used on the carpet except the water. It took overnight to dry but I was satisfied with your service. I did have a couple questions. All he had to do in the bedroom was go around the bed so I thought fifty was a little for that. Also I was wondering if someone could come back and do a little touch up on a couple areas to see if they would lighten up. Other than Kevin was very professional and I was satisfied. Already I have referred you.
