Even though I had thoroughly vacuumed prior to their arrival, I was amazed at the amount of cat hair they also managed to vacuum up before washing the carpets. The crew was very professional as well as friendly. The carpets turned out wonderfully clean without any sticky/soapy residue and beat part is they didn’t take all that long to dry either

that there are no chemicals involved that are harmful to our German Shepherds. System is excellent at getting carpets cleaned. We have three German Shepherds that are house dogs and our carpets take a lot of abuse between them and husband tracking dirt in from the pastures.

Excellent job and it doesn't take all day.

We've used Zerorez several times. This last time we had an issue with the results. I sent photos with an e-mail to the office and they had us scheduled for a do over within a week. Very happy with the response and the quick turnaround. Everything now looks as expected and we are pleased.

The purity of the product is important to us. We have 2 dogs and this product is completely safe for them. The effectiveness of the product is also important. We have had Zerorez twice now and the employees that we have been scheduled with are courteous and very efficient. I would highly recommend this company and product.

The staff that came to my home were very professional. I appreciated them taking them time to diagnose problem areas and explaining the process. I like that my pets and family could walk on the carpet immediately and it only took about 6 hours drying time.

Jim did an excellent job on my carpet. He called ahead of time to let me know when he'd be there and got right to work upon arrival. I like the fact that there's very little moisture left in the carpets when he's done and I have pets so no residue is an important feature.
