They do a great job. The guy was very knowledgeable a d did his best to get the stains out of our white carpet. We like that they don't use much water and chemicals and that the drying time is minimal. This is the second time we hired Zerorez and we couldn't be happier with the job and service. The technician who came to our house was very knowledgable and honest. Our carpets have a lot of odor/pet damage from previous owners, and he was helpful in assessing what the best solution for us was rather than trying to sell us the most expensive treatment. We are grateful that he took the time to assess and explain to us our options, and we truly felt like he was committed to getting our carpets to the cleanest state possible. Great service!
