The service was excellent, Tim the carpet cleaner did an amazing job. He worked very hard and answered all our questions and explained how everything worked. Tim took extra care of protecting our woodwork and was very conscientious about keeping everything clean.

Even though some of the carpet was older and not in the best of shape it looked 100% better after the cleaning. We could see how much dirt and animal hair the extraction process pulled from our carpets. We are very pleased.

We hired Zerorez to treat some bad stains that remained after we cleaned the carpets ourselves using a Rug Doctor. One stain in particular got much worse after we cleaned it ourselves. Zerorez's process made the bad stain almost unnoticeable. For another bad stain in a hallway, after two prior attempts to remove the stain that failed to improve it, Zerorez's process finally got the stain out!

The service guy who performed our cleaning was great...very courteous, explained things, took care to enclose the front door when he brought the hose in, and was very professional. Carpet dried quickly and looks clean. Also, it was wonderful to not have any chemical smell or scent of any kind left behind.

It was wetter than we thought it would get, but he was very friendly and got the walking paths clean. We were impressed!

I liked that our tech adjusted our bill as we overestimated our room sizes.
