We want to start with telling you Brandon is the perfect person for you to have representing your company. We did not have one single worry or concern from the moment I received his phone call 30 minutes before his arrival. He was polite and friendly on the phone and in person. When he arrived, he was professional about explaining the process, when he was here, we witnessed the magic happen, and after he left, we admired our new-looking carpet. We've been using Zerorez for a good number of years now; usually 2x/Yr. We have a couple of rescue dogs and rescue cats, so we want to keep the carpets clean for everyone. They are very reasonable in price, courteous and prompt when you've booked an appointment. Highly recommended!

Zerorez did a great job! They called prior to our scheduled apt stating they were ahead of schedule which worked out great! They were in and out within 45 minutes. No odors detected from cleaning solutions. I had a lil scare tho..my carpet buckled and I freaked a lil bit...called and Sam assured me that when it dries it'll be just fine! Guess what? It was just fine! Whew! The gentlemen who cleaned the carpet were very courteous and knowledgeable about their products and very professional.
