The only complaint we have about Zerorez is how there is little to no human interaction available with the office. Setting up our appointment via the web site is not always the best method. A little human touch goes a long way - especially in this day and age.

We've had this service twice now and both times the techs have been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and they've done a great job with the carpets. I also appreciate that you come with a heavy curtain that fits snug to the doorway so you can get the water out while keeping my heat in (required for a November cleaning.) The tech also adjusted my room selection to save me a few dollars when he realized my initial selection didn't match the job he was doing.
