Technician called before arriving and asked permission to come about 1/2hour early. We were ready, so that was fine.
The work was done very professionally . The technician looked over the areas to be cleaned, and discussed concerns that we had over the dirtiest and most worn area of one bedroom carpet. He did a very good job in that room, even though that carpet will probably have to replaced within the next year or two. The work done in the rest of the areas was excellent!

Everything was clean and fresh at the end of the appointment. When the carpets were dry there was no feeling of any cleaning residue. The technician was very thorough in cleaning the furniture.It was a snowy day and the technician was careful about putting shoe covers on when he was in the house.

I like that the products used are strong enough that my carpet looks brand new afterwards, even though it’s old carpet. In fact, the technician made the comment that it looks like it’s still in pretty good shape.

Also, HUGE THANK YOU TO JACOB!! I had a wall clock that I needed to put back an hour and he graciously pulled it from the wall and then re-hung it again. Also, he moved my furniture for me, because I was unable to do it ahead of time due to my physical limitations.
