The services and appointment were very easy to select and schedule online. Technician arrived within the specified window--calling in advance--walked through the areas to be cleaned, recommended services for pet stain/odor treatment, and completed the work within a reasonable amount of time. I am satisfied with the service performed and will use Zerorez again.

What I like best about the services is that everyone is very courteous, professional and services are booked in a very timely fashion. The carpet cleaners are very engaging, genuine, careful and eager to help teach about their process. The schedulers are delightful and spend a lot of time listening and giving feedback on what exactly is needed for the appointment. I would highly recommend Zerorez to my friends and associates.

Kevin did a great job this time around. Zerorez is consistent and by far the best carpet cleaning company I have ever had clean my carpets and I have used them 3 times now. I will always use Zerorez.
