Staff is always so professional and willing to schedule carpet cleaning for what works best for our business. Carpet cleaning is done very courteously and professionally. Carpets dry quickly because they are not so wet.

I sincerely appreciate the modern and efficient ways Zeroez has for contacting them! Being able to text back and forth with someone was a great help for my busy schedule (especially on the weekends when I'm finally catching up on messages). Scheduling was super easy, the tech was prompt, polite, and super professional. I am extremely pleased with how quickly the carpets dried and appreciate the tech walking me through what to expect from certain treatments, etc. and being flexible with our needs. Merick (I think I spelled that right) was a delight to work with. He was very prompt, very communicative, perfectly willing to fix anything if I noticed anything was amiss. He did an excellent job (as usual) and the carpets look great!

From scheduling the appointment, until the end of the service everyone i dealt with was authentically friendly and courteous. I foster for a dog rescue so there's many dogs that track through my home and leave my carpet a mess. I've been having zerorez come about twice a year and they do an amazing job. Carpet looks brand new by the time they leave. I absolutely will always recommend Zerorez.

Fast and efficient. Carpet is quite old and even the bad spots looked way better. Also very quick drying which is great. Did not create moisture throughout the house and on the windows.
