What did I like:
I didn't have a long wait time between asking for an appointment and getting a date.
There is minor residue in the carpet when the cleaning is done (it was the stain preventer.)
I have a relatively small home so even with pre-treatment, the entire cleaning only took an hour.
I didn't have to worry about discarding dirty water.
