The gentleman who did the work was very polite, efficient, and a pleasure to meet. He cleaned the carpeting in three bedrooms quickly while doing a very good job. The carpeting in all rooms was dry by the next morning.

Our carpets were very overdue to be cleaned due to the pandemic. Our stairs and landing zone were very dirty. Our technician did a fabulous job getting those stains out. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and took care to make sure our cats were safe while he cleaned. This is at least the third time that we have had ZeroRez and would highly recommend them.

I have used Zerorez for years to clean my carpet because it is less wet that other companies. They take their time and put protectors on for corners to save your drywall. My carpet was completely dry in less than a day.

I actually had Matt Steege for the Technician who came to do our carpet. He was very knowledgeable about the process. He explained what he was gong to do and asked if I had any questions. He did an awesome job in cleaning and also in educating me on how to take care of our carpet. He gave me hints on how to clean up a spill, how to move the furniture in different areas so as not to wear out the carpet, etc. He was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Zerorez and especially Matt Steege.
