Zerorez always does a good job. Their staff is courteous and always asks if the customer is satisfied or areas need more work.

The 2 technicians that cleaned our carpets were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job cleaning all our pet stains and made our carpet look new again! They came out the day after i called, since our need was an emergency! Everyone at Zerorez was friendly, and the price was readonable. The communication between the person on the phone and the actual person doing the cleaning is not good. The person doing the work has different information or doesn’t check his information to be informed before coming in. I arrived a bit after he started and he cleaned a rug I didn’t ask to be cleaned, charged me for two spaces, when I was told over the phone it was one space and didn’t treat the rug for pet odor until after the fact because I asked that it was done. Just a mess. He was very kind and fixed everything but just a pain for the customer.
