I had a great experience. The tech I worked with did a great job explaining the process, what was doable, and what wasn't. While asking questions about stains and another possible concerns he listened to my answers and had good confirmation questions. In the end there were multiple spots that I had little hope for that he was able to get stain free, which I appreciate.

Our technician was Austin and he did an amazing job. He was very kind, respectful and attentive to our needs. We asked if he would wear a mask if we provided one for him and he had no reservations.
