Technicians are always friendly and respectful of our home. They do a great job and saved our 2 year old carpet from needing to be replaced due to our elderly pet having urinary incontinence. We had another company clean the carpets because we couldn’t get an appt with Zerorez before a graduation party. The other company made the situation worse - we had to leave our windows open or the entire house smelled. We called Zerorez and with their pet odor extraction service, our carpet was restored to having no odors. They have repeat customers for life!

We have had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez for years without any issues. This last cleaning went fine until about 3 weeks later and we noticed a strange spot appearing. They checked our records and saw that we usually don't have issues and came out 3 days later to clean the spot. Fantastic customer service!
