We were very happy with our entire carpet cleaning experience. We appreciate the promptness, the reliability and the excellent job on the actual cleaning. Our technician was Austin and he did an amazing job. He was very kind, respectful and attentive to our needs. We asked if he would wear a mask if we provided one for him and he had no reservations. He explained everything for thoroughly and we were so happy with his work. We can't say enough good things about Austin and Zerorez.
