I would highly recommend Zerorez. The gentleman that came and did my carpet was polite, on time excellent. My carpet is at least 23 yrs old and when he got down it looked like new. I like the drying time about 4 -6 hours and I could put the furniture back in place. I would highly recommend Zerorez. I have family in grant county that wished this company would be in there area.

I didn’t get all my minimal cleaning (per my conversation with Blaze when called since I was getting my “minimal cleaning” and my area rug was an 8x10, they would help me get to my “minimum coverage cleaning.” We didn’t get our full coverage of cleaning. Otherwise everything was great.

I liked the attention to detail, thoroughness, and excellent customer service. They demonstrate that by (1) calling ahead to let me know they were on the way to the house, and (2) coming back the next day after cleaning to diagnose the problem with turning the furnace back on. The problem lay with the HVAC company not providing me needed information before the duct cleaning appt.
