I am so thankful for the work Sam did on my carpets. He was VERY friendly, explained every step of the process, and gave me several tips on future carpet care. Today I have had a couple of the stains return (which Sam informed me would happen due to the carpet's condition from a previous tenet), but they are I'm very happy with them finally being clean.
