Glad we overlooked our dissatisfaction with the job we received the time before. The previous Zerorez guy we had left our carpet so wet we had to go buy three box fans and run them for three days. People we trusted spoke highly of Zerorez so we gave it another chance.

You have great employees who do great work!
I like that they will move small items and they give special attention to any spots they find. Your carpet will normally be dry within 24 hours and they furnish you with covers for your shoes if you need to walk on the clean areas. I have used them for the last few years both in Madison and in Florida and would not consider any other cleaner.
