The service is great. Any time we have called for something extra Assured always accomodates us. Since we have been using Assured we have never seen any kind of bugs in the house. The tech that serves us here is great. I would recommend Assured to others I already have. I am very pleased with Assured and would not change my mind. Our contact Dessie has always been helpful to us again whenever there is a problem Dessie takes care of it right away

The service, as it had been many years ago, is expensive but works. I have not seen a mouse since the exterminator arrived. The follow-up visit did not go as smoothly as I would have liked. I was told the exterminator would return 7-10 days later. Rather than setting up an appointment, he just showed up. Still no mice but someone should have alerted me.
