Both of the technicians who worked in our apartment were courteous, conscientious, and careful. We had the first treatment three weeks ago and had the follow up treatment a week ago. We have seen bugs since, far fewer; and it's our hope that the poison that was used will kill any of the remaining bugs and their eggs. Assured Environments has gone what they said they would do. We will have a follow up inspection in another week. One question I have is, Is it safe for us to breathe in the lingering amounts of poison? (I've seen evidence of the poison that was sprayed on furniture and on the floors -- white spots.)

Your company has been responsive when their have been pest control situations that required special action. Your staff are all very courteous and professional.

Assured Environments has been our pest control company of choice for the last several years. They responsibly execute itemized tasks in their agreement with us and are immediately responsive when special treatments become necessary. This past year, managing through the pandemic included sanitation of all the campus restaurant locations prior to reopening and also each time there was an incident of a positive case or contact tracing involving the employees at any single location. The immediacy of the sanitation when there was a pandemic related employee case, was addressed in the fastest of time with little to no down time for the locations.
AE Pest also is handling pest control of a large construction project attached to a large dining facility on campus. The effective, ever changing treatment routine at that site has led to zero pest problems at the site or in the attached buildings. Very nicely done.
