The significant turnover in field service personal is bothersome.
Not only do I get many new technicians on my property but they show up with no training or supervision to help them navigate my building. Therefore, I need to escort them and that is a big problem.
For that reason I am working to have Assured Environmental replaced at PSEG - 234 Pierson Ave Edison & 410 Silverlake Ave, Edison.

What I like about your services is that when you call for problem the issue is addressed within 24 hours and sometimes the same day. Our contact Dessie Mateo is great whenever I call him if he is not available he will call as soon as he is free. He shows great interest in the customers of Assured. I would recommend Assured to anyone i know that says they need an Exterminator.

1st visit, the guy wasn’t told he needed sealing supplies so that was a wasted visit and a wasted day off work for me. 2nd visit was a no show. I called to find out what time he was coming and was told only that he couldn’t be reached but he was coming. Only found out he wasn’t coming when I called again. Another wasted day off work. Totally rude and disrespectful of customer time
