The tech who helped me was so efficient and knowledgeable. He didn't try and upsell me - just solved my small issue.
My son's bike needed work, and the person who examined the bike too the time to carefully consider what was needed and then was very clear with me about those tasks as well as what they would cost if we chose to go forward. He was also clear about the timing, because one part had to be ordered. All of the work was done, ahead of the estimated time, and matched the cost estimate. The bike is now in really solid shape and I feel good about my son riding it.
