I had a top notch experience at Trek. This is a large purchase for me and I wanted to make sure it would be seamless with no regrets. From the moment I arrived I was genuinely greeted by staff, Ryan helped me and was extremely informative. He gave me in-depth factual knowledge about various models and what their best applications would be. We settled on the bike that would best fit my needs while also giving room for "growth without upgrade", meaning that I got a high/mid-level unit that will meet my needs for years to come. I was pressed for time during the initial purchase so we made an appointment for me to come back and have a complete full attention educational session. Not only was my sales person Ryan a fantastic asset, but the service team made sure to cover all warranty and service items. This was great experience from start to finish !!!!
