The team there were very nice and friendly! I looked around and they helped me figure out which helmet size I needed. They gave me some knowledge on the bike I wanted and how to use it. Since it was my first e bike he gave me some solid advice on charging the battery and storage. Very cool and not pushy towards buying anything I was curious on looking at.
