I appreciate the professional advice and tips on bike care and maintenance. On a recent visit, I asked Hannah for any tips on pedal removal. She didn’t hesitate to flip a bike over, grab a wrench, and demonstrate. In one minute, Hannah showed me all I needed to know.
Chris has also shown and described other simple bike maintenance techniques to me. This information is always delivered in a way that doesn’t make me feel completely incompetent (even though that may be the case).
I don’t want to be a bike mechanic, and will continue to bring bikes in for service, but being able to perform simple things myself is very helpful. Thanks for all you do for the community!

Their maintenance service is excellent. My bike rides and looks like new and while not an avid biker and having only 1 bike that when I bought it, for me paying more than any other bike I ever owned, it has been an excellent investment.
