Customer Service!
Bentonville is loaded with bike shops. Phat Tire stands out in that crowd because of the way they interact with their customers. From tech’s to sales guys it’s about the customer feeling welcome, appreciated and important. Pretty basic stuff, often overlooked in today’s retail environment, but not at Phat Tire. I met the Manager, Cory Enloe. I’m guessing he sets the pace for his staff. I’m sure he’s busy but you would never know it from the attention I received.

Took a bit long with the spring rush, but I understand. Bike came back in great condition, almost as if new. Only reason it's not a 10 is bc the brakes are howling a bit, which means I'm going to have to do a bit of extra labor myself or just deal with the annoyance. In a bike shop environment it's basically impossible to keep everything away from contaminant aerosols, which is why I won't go lower.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Last time I was in, I had two different technicians ask me what I needed.
The service department is top notch. They are quick and friendly. Bradley took extra great care of my bike when there was an issue with some brand new rotors.
The services performed at this particular Trek store went above and beyond. The Service Manager is knowledgeable and informative. He educates about what is being performed and goes over the various parts of your cycle. For individuals who are into cycling I could not recommend a better trek store. Gaining knowledge about every facet of your cycle allows you to be a more effective buyer and an astute owner in terms of what type of servicing you are actually receiving. I would highly recommend this particular Trek store.

Hidden gem in Pasco County. Brad hosts a weekly ride that is very welcoming to newcomers. I’ve been riding with them for a few weeks and have greatly improved. I brought my used bike to the shop hoping for a better fit. James spent a lot of time with me and helped me select a saddle and handlebars that are better suited for me. He had me in the trainer multiple times making sure I was in a better position for safety and efficiency. If you are new to the sport and know nothing about bikes, like me, these guys will help you out. Stop in, ask questions, and join the weekly ride 😊

Every time I’ve dealt with store manager Amy or repairman Shane, I’ve had nothing but a first-class experience! Employees like them make me want to continue to purchase Trek products and shop locally at the Fort Wayne, IN store!

Purchased Kuat bike rack from the Woodbury Store. They assembled it for me so I could drive up and slide it into the hitch and go.
Freewheel Fanatic is a great incentive to use them for all my biking needs.

These guys know theyre stuff. I bought my bike here. Ive brought it in whenever I had questions and /or needed maintenance and they helped me out every time. Very helpful, very friendly. Makes everything easy.
We stopped by after eating dinner with our kids and the guy at the front desk was super helpful and took us out back to help us teach our kids how to ride a bike without training wheels. All we bought was a helmet but my wife and I appreciated the help and the pointers on how to get them on 2 wheels. Great guy, 10/10 customer service.
