Shopping online, your store made it the easiest to see your real inventory and to contact you to verify you had the bike I wanted in stock. You have more bikes in stock than most shops. Even requiring a small frame size. I was able to try and compare a couple bikes so I could feel confident in my purchase. Matt and Kevin were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I left with a bike I am truly excited about and that fits well because they took the time to fit me and help me weigh all the pros and cons of my choices after really listening to the riding experience I want. I will continue to return to Atlanta Cycling.

I enjoyed the efficient service and welcoming atmosphere provided by the folks at Western Cycle in Danvers. It was my first time using Western which will now be our regular go to bike shop. They serviced an electric bike with my blessing to do whatever necessary to prepare the bike for the season. I felt like they were honest in their approach and only did what was necessary even though they had my permission to do whatever was necessary.

The staff was very down to earth. I’m new to the cycling world and only somewhat aware of the technical specs and gear. No one I interacted with on my visit was condescending or overly technical, everyone was able to explain different facets of the bike (or different models) in relatable terminology.
I came in with a bike for a repurchase inspection on a private party sale. The staff (Kris and a tech) were able to talk me through the pros and cons, and condition. Ultimately that discussion led to exploring other options, and the right used bike was available to fit my needs! Christopher was especially helpful for my visits over the course of two days, explaining everything I needed to know about the bike I ultimately purchased.

Great people! All of them but mainly Victoria for us. She did a great job assisting us with all our needs and clarifying any doubts. The brands and products are excellent (only possible recommendation could be to increase a little the stock of options but not a problem at all, still plenty of good options).
