I bought my full suspension bike from them and they took care of me. I just recently brought my fuel ex-e in for service and a Di2 upgrade install. They are knowledgeable and have tips for doing things yourself. Plenty of gear and if they don't have it, they can order it for you.

We purchased a bike at Gateway yesterday. And I've already referred the company to another family member this morning. The staff was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We didn't feel pressured. And the overall environment was just, comfortable. Very satisfied from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out.

Tom was exceptional. He helped me evaluate, build, and worked with me every step of the purchase. I ordered my bike and it was custom built and delivered in just over a week. The entire team, Caleb, Sarah, etc was as excited about “new bike day” as much as I was and helped me with the finishing touches - filll my burrito bag, make sure I had all of the right tools to ride endlessly on my bike! The shop also has an exceptional care plan included. My husband is shifting all of his maintenance and gear needs to Hyland because the team was so amazing to work with!
