My bike was repaired well after being left on the deck for the entire winter. The store promised to repair the bike in 11 days but it took 13 (not a big deal). I also bought a wider seat and a bike lock. The purchases were expensive but high quality.

Bought a discounted bike as I wanted something that would work for a few years as it is my first mountain bike. The rep at the shop helped me with a discount on pedals as the website offers 10% for first time buyers but due to the bike being on sale, the discount would not apply. This is greatly appreciated. Also, the bike was set up and I was on my way fairly quickly after I arrived. Bought a few more items to get me started and I got pretty much everything I needed for a reasonable price.
