The service tech did not try to over sell on the service. Component was initially thought to be trashed, but he found cleaning and lube to be necessary. Only cables had to be replaced.

The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
They were very accommodating. Dropping the bikes right at the ferry and picking them up there. They gave a text with combos for locks and were accessible if needed.
Service Dept. Is My Favorite, Just On The Fact I Get Honest Advice On What's Best For My Bike. Also Little Simple Quick Fixes Are More Often Than Not Solved To No Cost, Most Importantly Turn Around Times Are Acceptable.
