ich empfehle Leon Bikes grundsätzlich weiter. Nirgends vergeht die Zeit so schnell wie im Laden, bei einem Gespräch, beim Bestaunen der Velo... Der Service und die Angebote sind einfach optimal für mich, nett und freundlich und überhaupt fühlt man sich einfach wohl. Weiter so!

I can’t recommend the e-bike centre enough.
The new bike I bought had an issue within 8 weeks.
This was an Avinox M2S motor issue and the warranty process was swift, as was their communication which was on point.
The motor was replaced within 2 weeks from the point of contacting the shop and once the bike was dropped off the new motor was installed and tested within a couple of hours.
Very knowledgeable friendly staff that go the extra mile.

The team were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, offering great advice, useful suggestions, and the opportunity to take trial rides on different bikes to help me decide which one was the right fit for me. Their knowledge and friendly approach made the purchase easy and enjoyable.

There are two reasons to buy a Trek bike: it’s a great product, but being able to pop into the shop for advice and have a service done by the staff made all the difference. The Bristol team keeps going above and beyond each time. And it’s very reassuring to know they are the best people to work on my bike!
