Everything was thoroughly explained and was priced reasonably. The service was first rate, I asked if I could have my maintenance done in three days they did it in less than a hour while I waited. Jessie the owner was knowledgeable patient and respectful when explaining my options.

Great service
I brought my Cannondale Tesoro bike in to repair a flat rear tire. The service tech replaced the tire tube immediately and without having to come back. The service tech also noticed the hanger was misaligned and was corrected it. He also test rode it to make sure the bike was shifting correctly. Great service at great price.

Stopped in to get a new saddle. They didn't have the exact one (no longer available), spent time finding the closest match and showing the differences between different options. After the usual load of adjustments the new one is great. Always good service and advice here.
