Only had the bike for a day but seems to be a good build. Service was really good, staff wasn't pushy at all which I really appreciate. Staff were attentive and helped me right away.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t even know this place existed so I usually go to Landry‘s. And don’t get me wrong, they’ve been great but this last time I needed a tire and they didn’t have any in stock but also didn’t offer to order it for me. A friend told me about Foxboro bike so I reached out and within three days they ordered it, had it delivered and replaced it. Super nice guys too!

Everyone we dealt with was nice, attentive, knew their product. Had been to Brick Wheels before for some repairs that they took care of for us on the spot. Though it was an easy fix it required some testing and diagnostics.
When we wanted to return to road bike riding and only had e-bikes in Michigan. After discussing our plans with the manager Amy, she suggested gravel bikes based on our riding experience and comparing to our other road bikes (located out of state). We test road the bikes for 5-6 miles before making a decision. We bought the bikes we wanted that were in stock (so i didn’t get the color I wanted because I didn’t want to wait) but we are pleased with the fitting to the new bikes and the discount on the accessories when making our purchase. Everyone who helped us was great and will use Brick Wheels for all my bike needs in Traverse City.

I bought my bike from you many years ago, rode it straight into a healthy lifestyle and big weight loss, and now that I'm teaching my kiddo how to ride I brought it back for a tune-up. Sure, I could have taken it to a local shop instead of driving an hour, but y'all were very kind when I was buying it and I remember that all these years later.
