Friendly and approachable staff who don't patronize an older female cyclist. Good workshop that is not too expensive and delivers on time.
Would be nice to see more cycle clothing suitable for females and in brighter colours, and more variety in brands. Most of the items stocked are darker colours and I prefer to ride in much brighter clothing.
They had exactly what I wanted, all staff VERY friendly. Will be going back to purchase additional items!
