Suresh and Bill were very helpful and informative about my bike service. They had a delay in getting it done in the Friday and called, being very apologetic and undertook to make sure the bike was fully done for Saturday pick up. Suresh also advised the price upfront so there were no surprises. The bike was said to be like new (7 years old) when I picked it up. When I rode it out of there it definitely was like a new bike, very smooth, and got some good tips from Bill on using the gears properly and pumping up the tyres.

Trek Palm Springs must have a hiring prerequisite that employees must so nice that you instantly feel like you are the most important friend in the world. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the perfect bike for a guy of a certain age who has not been on a bicycle for years. Sensing my nervousness about test riding a bike Wendy joined me on a ride and talked me through a task that I used to be able to do as easily as walking or talking. I am now a very happy biker having ridden my first time this morning. Iโm very grateful to the Trek team for making my dream of biking again a reality

Fell in love with you at Canoeocopia 2024, everyone so very helpful in making sure I got just the right kayak and spray skirt. Called that summer for a kayak hatch cover for the new boat, and the person helping me over the phone took the time and care, Yesterday I ordered a couple of paddle leashes on the web site and found it very easy to use.
