The staff is very friendly and helpful. Class sizes are small which allows for the coaches to keep an eye on all the students in the class. Safety is their highest priority and it shows. The coaches are well trained and great with the students they instruct.

We love our Coach Hans! He is caring, thorough, and has the patience of a saint. The facility is clean and well-run. Staff is very friendly. I will say, though, that I am very frustrated that my grandson has not "graduated" yet after one year of lessons. This is not a criticism. I am just sharing my frustration.

It's a great way to keep young children active. At the same time, it's important to learn to swim for safety reasons. The teachers and staff are very nice. Our child has fun.
We love Navaeh best out of all the instructors and Evelyn has made so much progress because of her teaching style.

New family. We are a few classes in and I have to say congratulations to this facility. You run an efficient, effective and inviting school. I love bringing my kids here and they love the instructors. There's really not a bad one. And the staff up front are excellent helpers, and not just clerically, but they help out with the pool area and clean-up too. I've had brief interaction with the manager and she has done a great job selecting her staff. The young lady that initially helped me over the phone was 17 and I didn't know it. Conduct and character of the staff has made this an excellent place to bring my kids to learn how to swim. Quiet! Easy!
My daughter has been a student for a year and a half and I’ve seen the progress in her. She is so much confident when swimming and she absolutely loves her instructors. All this is due to the kindness, love, dedication and patience of the instructors. All the staff in general are wonderful and the facilities are always so clean.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and really great with kids! We also like the generous make-up policy for missed classes

Great trainers and good management
We really appreciate the attention given to each child's comfort levels and how the instructors always remain calm even when a child might be having a hard time. The facilities and scheduling app are great and the warm pool a big bonus!
The only thing that I notice that makes me nervous most lessons is when it's time for kids to practice jumping in the pool, often there is water pooled up on the edges and kids often slip while they're jumping. This seems to happen pretty frequently and sometimes kids get close to hurting their legs or falling on the concrete before making it into the water. Not sure what the best way to address that is but it's something I've noticed.
