Great instructors and flexible scheduling/cancellation policy
I feel like the instructors have all been very patient with my daughter even though she cries the entire class most of the time. She does practice at home in pools and she seems to be carrying over what she is learning

I think the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They do a great job scheduling classes. The teachers are good too. I had one experience where a teacher didn’t seem as friendly, but overall, everyone has been great, and I’m very happy with the program.
Very organized and easy to navigate the app. Instructors do very well every time with my high maintenance angels :)
Coach, staffs, environment
My daughter seem to really enjoy swim class, even at such a young age of 6 months. Miss Naomi has been wonderful with Mila, and we really enjoy her. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots!

Friendly staff, good lessons
My daughter and niece attend Aquatots Swim School in Horsham. I gave Aquatots a '10' because they deserve a ten! The whole staff at this location are just wonderful humans. They always greet you with a smile and a hello everytime you walk in the front door and they know everyone's name. If you have a question, they have the answer. If you have a problem, they have a solution. They are funny too! My niece is learning how to swim beautifully and my daughter has learned how to swim beautifully. My daughter is in level 8 and will be able to join a swim team with no problem, at all and that is amazing because when she first started, she was very scared of being in the pool. Thank you Aquatots in Horsham! Keep doing what you're doing!
I like that AquaTots stressing submersion. My daughter has quickly gotten over her fear of submersion and is developing quickly.
The coaches are great and my girls love being able to swim all year long!

They have worked very hard to help accommodate our request to have our three children scheduled at about the same time and day. Also, they usually allow us to schedule back-to-back classes on a weekly basis

I see the effort the entire team puts in from the moment we step into the swim school. Every one is smiling and making sure to greet the young swimmers and their families. The instructors are so well mannered and alway provide the lessons not just with passion , but with love to the young kids. I specially want to mention how great my son's coach (Xander) has been. He is a lovely young man who always keep his calm while teaching and provides individual attention to each kid. He takes special care in providing a great and encouraging feed back to the parents after each class. I would recommend both Aqua tots Orleans and Coach Xander to anyone who is looking to enroll kids for swimming lessons

The general manager Cheyenne and the front end staff are great. Instructor Brandon M is great as well. They are always great with my son Carlos.
