I really appreciate the set up of the school… Doesn't feel chaotic, my child can see me while they're in their class and it's easy to get ready at the school and clean up after class. I also appreciate that you sign up for class until you quit and you don't need to re-sign up for sessions. And finally, I really appreciate the fact that if you need to miss a class, you can do a make up class. That really adds to the value of the cost of these classes.

Coaches are well trained to deal with toddlers and their emotions. I feel confident my child is safely learning water safety.
The facility is always clean, organized and very welcoming.
However, it would be better if guests were not called to the desk to handle administrative issues while parents are trying to check in or when the kids are swimming. For example, I don’t want to deal with updating my card on file when I’m trying to get my daughter set up for her swim class. Also, I enjoy getting to spend my time at Aqua Tots by watching my daughter swim and I really don’t appreciate being called to the desk to handle something that could have been handled with an email or a phone call. Going forward I won’t be using my free time in the facility to answer those kind of questions. Thank you!

We have loved coming to Aqua Tots, the coaches really care about us and are always happy to tell us what we can work on and improve in class!
Kid-friendly learning environment like warm pool, fun learning, excellent instructors and much more. Parent-friendly infrastructure like easy scheduling and progress tracking via app, multiple changing rooms and restrooms, clear update after every lesson from instructors, and much more.
We have always felt very comfortable at AquaTots. My son and I love the coaches and staff and he is learning excellent water safety skills.
We are very very happy with Bailey! She is amazing with Reagan. She has learned so much already.
My 20 month old really loves swim class! And adores her coach. My only feedback would be I wish the feedback we get at the end of the class and the feedback we get on the app lined up and that teacher to teacher notes were updated more frequently because if we go to a makeup class sometimes it’s not up to date and they are having her do stuff (ex makeup class says submerge to nose only while in her normal class she is doing full submersion!)
They teach well and flexible in scheduling makeup classes
Overall accommodating staff. Instructors are great with the kids.
Few areas of improvement:
- Rest room trash bins need bags. Our last visit, there wasn’t any. If we need to throw a wet or soiled diaper, that can be messy.
- Drinking fountain filter has been red for a few weeks if not longer. Needs to be replaced.

We have 2 kids in class and they love it! It has been fun to see them get more comfortable in the water and have fun while developing essential skills. They cheer when we pull into the parking lot. We had a hard time finding quality swim lessons in this area for our older kids when they were the age of the kids we have currently enrolled, and I am so happy to have this resource in our community!
Coach Anevay is the reason we love Aquatots so much. Everyone else is very nice and the environment is very friendly, but for us the most important part is the coach and how they interact with our child. Coach Anevay goes above and beyond to help our child feel safe in the pool and our child has improved immensely with her. I am blown away with how far our child has come! I truly didn’t think our child would improve to this level so fast! We couldn’t be happier with Coach Anevay!
Excellent coaches
We love the comfort our baby is gaining - you can truly see the progress lesson to lesson. Also, Leah is amazing. She is attentive and so kind.
